Organized through a dynamic collaboration between the university’s Public Employment Service Office (PESO) and the Guidance Office, this event aims to increase employment opportunities for the university's students, graduates, and alumni with leading employers and recruiters across industries.

Pre-registration opens on November 25–26, 2025 at the PESO Office, 2nd Floor Administration and Finance Building, NwSSU Main Campus.

The job fair offers participants a streamlined pathway to explore career opportunities, provide experience, and refine interview skills. Under the guidance of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), this initiative emphasizes NwSSU’s vision to its students, alumni, and stakeholders to fostering workforce readiness from their enrolment up to their employment.

Spearheaded by Dr. Leonida S. Bernadit, PESO and Job Placement Officer, the job fair reflects NwSSU’s strategic partnership with DOLE and local industries to address regional employment needs. The Guidance Office, responsible for budget allocation, ensures the event’s accessibility and inclusivity for all attendees. By hosting the fair at the Socio-Cultural Center, the university provides a professional yet welcoming environment for employers/recruiters and job seekers alike. This collaboration highlights NwSSU’s holistic approach to education, connecting classroom learning with real-world career pathways.
