NOVEMBER is Library and Information Services Month by virtue of Presidential Proclamation No. 837 series of 1991.

For year 2021, the theme for the 31st Commemoration is “Libraries Build ROADS: Readers, Opportunities, Advocacies, Development, Sustainability”.
