A. Internal Teacher-Tutors;
B. Teacher Applicants listed in the Registry of Qualified Applicants (RQA) but not yet hired;
C. College Students enrolled in Teacher Education programs;
D. Retired Professional Teachers; and
E. Licensed Professionals
F. Pre-service teachers,
G. Para-teachers,
H. Other individuals deemed qualified, competent, and of good character

📍Duly Accomplished PDS revised 2025
📍Relevant Documents
• Photocopy of Certificate or any proof of LET eligibility/rating
license/ID for licensed teachers
• Copy of valid permit issued by the PRC for para-teachers
• Good Moral Certification (Brgy. Clearance, Certification from
Teacher Education Institutions for pre-service teachers)
• TOR
• Photocopy of certificate/s of training, if available
