📚 INSTRUCTIONAL SUPERVISION | AUGUST 12, 2026

Today’s instructional supervision focused on Classroom Management, as classroom monitoring were conducted in:

👩‍🏫 Grade 9 – Athena | MAPEH with Sir Robin Calarum
👩‍🏫 Grade 8 – Hera | Science with Ma’am Jessaleen Cantiga
👨‍🏫 Grade 7 – Zeus | Filipino with Sir Vincent Palomeras
👩‍🏫 Grade 9 – Athena | Values Education with Ma’am Liza Bello-Valenciano

The observations highlighted the teachers’ very satisfactory classroom management practices and systems, creating an organized, positive, and engaging learning environment that contributed to the effective delivery of today’s lessons.

The Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts of Panoypoy Integrated School shared not only food but also love, care, and service through a meaningful Feeding Program for the Day Care Students of Brgy. Panoypoy on August 7, 2026

This initiative, led by Scout Master Robin Bato Advincula Calarum and Troop Leader Liza Bello - Valenciano, reflects the true spirit of scout service—helping others, giving back to the community, and making a difference in the lives of young children. Also, our heartfelt gratitude goes to Mrs. Maria Gina Batarao, for her warm support, cooperation, and assistance in making this program a success.

🇵🇭 Buwan ng Wika 2026 🇵🇭

Tema: "Wikang Filipino at AI: Kasangkapan sa Pananaliksik at Tulay sa Yaman ng Impormasyon."

Sa pakikiisa ng ating paaralan sa pagdiriwang ng Buwan ng Wika 2026, matagumpay na naisagawa ang Pambungad na Palatuntunan bilang simula ng isang buwang paggunita sa atong mahal na Wika. Isinagawa ang maikling ngunit makulay na palatuntunan na may pagsasaalang-alang sa kahalagan ng instructional time at legal na mga basehang nakapaloob dito.

Patuloy nating mahalin, gamitin, at pagyamanin ang wikang Filipino habang tinatanggap ang makabagong teknolohiya bilang katuwang sa paglinang ng kaalaman at pagbubukas ng mas maraming oportunidad para sa bawat mag-aaral na Pilipino.

📌 Instructional Supervision to Grade 1 – Hanan with Teacher Terry Ann focusing on learner engagement

Teacher Terry Ann effectively demonstrated learner engagement through guided recitation and guided reading activities that enriched the learners' understanding and expanded their vocabulary. Her teaching strategies encouraged active participation while strengthening the learners' foundational literacy skills.

One of her notable innovations is the Reading Chart/Reading Area under Project TERRY ANN, where learners read the "Word of the Day" as their exit ticket. This initiative is highly commendable as it reinforces daily reading habits and promotes a strong literacy culture in the classroom.

Teacher Terry Ann also developed self-made instructional materials that are child-friendly and eco-friendly. These reusable learning resources promote sustainability, maximize the use of available materials, and provide meaningful learning experiences for young learners.

Indeed, Teacher Terry Ann's dedication, passion, and commitment to quality teaching are truly commendable. Her innovative practices and learner-centered strategies reflect her unwavering commitment to improving literacy and ensuring meaningful learning for every child.

📌 Instructional Supervision on learner engagement in Grade 2 – Apo Laki with Teacher Ian

The class demonstrated active learner engagement through guided recitation, where learners confidently expressed their thoughts, ideas, and insights in response to the situations presented by the teacher. This strategy encouraged participation, enhanced critical thinking, and promoted meaningful classroom interaction. Teacher Ian effectively facilitated the discussion by creating a supportive learning environment that allowed learners to communicate their understanding with confidence while fostering active participation throughout the lesson.

July 28, 2026 | Instructional Supervision through Monitoring

Instructional supervision was conducted through the monitoring of the Second Summative Test in Grades 3–6 and Grade 10, with a focus on learning assessment. The monitoring aimed to ensure that assessment procedures were properly implemented in accordance with the prescribed guidelines, promoting fairness, validity, and reliability in evaluating learners' achievement of the Most Essential Learning Competencies (MELCs). Classrooms were observed to be conducive to assessment, with teachers administering the summative tests systematically while maintaining academic integrity and providing clear instructions to learners. The activity affirmed the teachers' commitment to implementing quality assessment practices that accurately measure learners' progress and inform subsequent instructional planning.
