One of UNESCO's educational ideologies is to enable people to become free, capable, and creative members of society through education. One of its implementations is the accreditation of non-formal-informal learning. To implement this, each country implements a personal learning account to promote lifelong education.
Our university IOMDC aims for individual learning by giving each individual a learning account.

The form of each country is slightly different due to the characteristics of each country, but the representative countries that use the personal learning account system to revitalize lifelong education according to the UNESCO educational ideologies are Korea, the UK, Denmark, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Canada, USA, Spain, France, Singapore, etc.
