Enrollment for the Summer Term is still ongoing from May 13-23, 2026.
Students intending to enroll during the summer term are advised to coordinate with their respective institutes, program heads, and deans regarding course offerings and enrollment requirements.
Classes will officially begin on May 25, 2026.
Please be guided accordingly.

To all 4th Year Graduating Students you must submit your APPLICATION FOR GRADUATION on or before March 24, 2026 at the Office of the Registrar.

In observance of Eid'l Fitr (Feast of Ramadan), there will be NO CLASSES at all levels and NO OFFICE WORK at Christ the King College of Calbayog City on Friday, March 20, 2026.

This is in accordance with Presidential Proclamation No. 1189, s. 2026, declaring the day a regular holiday throughout the country.

Classes and office operations will resume on Monday, March 23, 2026.

Office Hours & Transaction Schedule

Please be guided by our official office hours and payment cut-off times:

Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Important for Credential Requests:
To ensure your request is processed, please arrive before 4:00 PM (Weekdays) or before 11:00 AM (Saturdays).

Payment Cut-off: The Bursar’s Office accepts payments only until 4:00 PM on weekdays and 11:00 AM on Saturdays. Please arrive early to settle your fees before these times. Thank you!

Please be advised that we do not process transactions online. All requests must be handled in person at our office.

If you are unable to come personally, you may send an authorized representative, who must present the following:

- A signed Letter of Authorization

- A photocopy of your valid ID

- A photocopy of the representative's valid ID

Christ the King College of Calbayog City, Inc. announces the suspension of Saturday classes and work tomorrow, November 15, 2025, in honor of the birthday celebration of our College President, Rev. Fr. Prisco A. Cajes, OFM, ThD.

This institutional pause allows the CKC community to join in gratitude and celebration for the life and leadership of Fr. Cajes, whose dedicated service continues to guide the College in its mission of transformative Catholic-Franciscan education.

Regular classes and work will resume on Monday, November 17, 2025.

The CKC administration extends its sincere thanks for the continued cooperation of all faculty members, non-teaching personnel, students, and stakeholders as the College commemorates this momentous occasion.
