PROJECT ACCESS PRIME, also known as the Accessible Printing Machines for Studentsβ Thesis, Research Manuscripts, and Other Academic Paper Services, has provided efficient and easy-access printing services that improved the quality of studentsβ projects, outputs, and presentations by providing access to printing machines. This initiative was extremely beneficial to students in crucial operational areas, including learning materials.
After one semester of launching it, the Institutional Supreme Student Council-Main Campus revisited its Operating Guidelines and Procedures to ensure a smooth process of using the said service. Also, on our part, to maintain and secure the printer's optimal performance to cater to a wider number of students who'll use the said service.

1. The Institutional Supreme Student Council (ISSC) and Collegiate Student Council (CSC) will be posting online on their page regarding the availability and utilization of the printing machines.
2. Students are encouraged to schedule printing appointments in advance through the designated online platform or booking system (i.e., Google Calendar).
Further, documents with less than 20 pages can have walk-in appointments, while documents with more than 21 pages will have to book an appointment beforehand to access the said service.
3. Students shall provide their own bond paper (any size) for them to be accommodated. Unable to provide their own pond paper, they cannot avail of the said service.
4. Users can submit their documents for printing through the designated online portal or in person at the Project Access Prime printing center at the ISSC Office.
Accepted file formats include PDF, Word, and other standard formats. The maximum file size may be limited to ensure efficient processing. For a smooth printing process, please provide your own flash drive or OTG.
5. Priority will be given to academic papers, and final thesis and manuscripts. Other non-academic documents may be printed based on availability and at the discretion of the Project Access Prime staff.
