๐ข Fire Prevention Month & High Heat Index Advisory
In line with the advisory from the Department of Education, our school community is reminded to stay vigilant and practice safety measures during Fire Prevention Month this March. As temperatures continue to rise according to Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), everyone is encouraged to prevent fire hazards and protect themselves from extreme heat.
Let us all work together to keep our school safe by:
๐ฅ Turning off electrical devices when not in use.
๐ฅ Avoiding overloaded outlets and unsafe wiring.
โ๏ธ Staying hydrated and limiting exposure to the sun.
๐งข Using protective items like hats, umbrellas, or fans.

Official class suspension advisory has been released. Stay alert and take precautions.
Due to sustained heavy rainfall brought by Tropical Cyclone Crising and the southwest monsoon, classes in all elementary and high schoolsโboth public and privateโin Calbayog City are suspended today, Friday, July 18, 2025.
This decision is based on the recommendation of the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (CDRRMO) and the official weather forecast released by DOST-PAGASA.
An official Executive Order will follow.

Today, May 15, 2024, the ๐๐๐ก๐จ๐จ๐ฅ ๐๐ข๐ฌ๐๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ซ ๐๐ข๐ฌ๐ค ๐๐๐๐ฎ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐๐๐ง๐๐ ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ (๐๐๐๐๐) School Coordinator, Mr. Peter Evan M. Napuran, spearheaded a collaborative initiative involving 12 STEM B students with Adviser Mr. Nikko Franklin Syer Quintana and 12 STEM A students with Co-Adviser Mrs. Hanajane B. Septo and Adviser Mrs. Ana Margarita Daga-Bautista. They received GO Bags to enhance disaster preparedness and foster teamwork among students.

Today, May 4, 2024, marks the last day of RSPC, but the School Disaster Risk Readiness Management (SDRRM) officers are still ready to help and ensure the safety of all delegates in RSPC.
From Day 1 to Day 5, they have tirelessly worked together, providing assistance and support to everyone involved. Whether it's cleaning up, arranging chairs, or offering medical aid, they've been there every step of the way.
As the event comes to a close, they continue to say a warm farewell and ensure a smooth departure with heartfelt goodbyes.

๐๐จ๐๐๐ฒ, ๐๐๐ฒ 2, 2024, Dr. Alfredo P. Cafe, Regional Security RSPC Incharge, along with Dr. Mauricio Catan, EPS Division Journalism Coordinator (Leyte Division), Dr. Mariam G. Aranas, EPS Division Journalism Coordinator (Baybay City Division), Cagbilwang ES School Head Mr. Bartolome Doroja, and CALBAYOG DIVISION DRRM SUPERVISOR Mr. Eric Doroja, conducted a security meeting at San Policarpo National High School.
The meeting is represented by School Principal IV, Mr. Romeo Castante; Assistant School Principal II, Mr. Benidicto T. Sildo Jr.; and SHS Assistant Principal Designate, Mr. Rey Nicolson Salurio. They discussed security measures, record of itinerary of delegates and other transport updates.
Moreover, during the meeting, they highlighted how the Calbayog City Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office (CDRRMO) is forming a response cluster. They not only addressed security measures but also focused on clean water and sanitation for all delegates. It was an important gathering to ensure the safety and well-being of everyone involved in the RSPC, hosted by the Calbayog City Division.

From cleaning up garbage, assisting with luggage, arranging chairs, and monitoring electricity usage by turning off fans and lights when not in use, we're all hands on deck. Providing assistance to visitors and having students join in on the RSPC action!
Together, let's make RSPC a safe and enjoyable event for everyone!
