The 64th Commencement Exercises of Calbayog East Central Elementary School were successfully held on March 31, 2026, at the Calbayog Convention Center in Calbayog City. Anchored on the theme, “Filipino Graduates: Prepared to Lead with Competence and Character” (Pilipinong Nagsipagtapos: Handang Mamuno nang may Kakayahan at Mabuting Pagkatao), the event celebrated the achievements and readiness of the young graduates for future challenges.

The ceremony was graced by Guest Speaker Ma’am Nora Capetillo and Confirming Officer Ma’am Anabelle O. Yangzon, together with the Calbayog 4 Administrators headed by Sir Jose O. Abon, SPTA Officers, and the Barangay Officials of Brgy. Balud and Brgy. Payahan.

The school extends its heartfelt gratitude to the SPTA for sponsoring half of the venue rental and to Congressman Stephen James T. Tan for providing the LED wall, making the event more memorable and meaningful.
