Congratulations to Gem Esguerra Magat, our newly crowned Binibining Rizal Tourism 2026!

One of the greatest privileges of being a coach is witnessing someone discover the power of their own voice. Despite being a newcomer to the world of pageantry, she never allowed inexperience to become a limitation. In many ways, it became her greatest advantage. She stepped onto the stage without being over-rehearsed or overly manufactured. Instead, she showed up as her most authentic self; genuine, sincere, and inspiring.

Gem possesses something that cannot be taught: a naturally sharp mind, quick wit, and a heart that speaks with purpose. My role was simply to refine what was already there; to provide structure, direction, and the confidence to transform her thoughts into powerful and meaningful answers.

Watching you grow throughout this journey has been an incredible honor. You trusted the process, embraced every lesson with humility, and proved that authenticity, when guided with intention, becomes a person’s greatest strength. I have no doubt this crown is only the beginning. The world deserves to see more of your brilliance, your grace, and the impact you are capable of creating. Continue using your voice not only to win titles but to inspire lives.

I’m incredibly proud of you, our dear Gem. Congratulations once again, you earned every bit of this victory.

It was truly an honor to be invited as the speaker for Sun Life Philippines Alexander Palm Branch’s August Champions 2026 and to facilitate an interactive workshop on “The Five Levels of Powerful Communication.”

A special thank you to Branch Manager, the ever so perfect, generous and kind, a good friend of mine, Marvin Santiago for entrusting me with this opportunity. It was a privilege to be part of such a meaningful milestone as you celebrated your 10th year anniversary with Sun Life. Congratulations on a decade of inspiring leadership, excellence, and service. May God continue to bless your journey as you empower even more lives.

Congratulations to my dear coachee Charles Brandon Vianzon for being crowned Mister Tourism World Philippines – San Nicolas 2026, earning the honor of representing his municipality on the national stage.

What I admire most about Brandon is his commitment to growth. He didn’t come to I Core Academy - Public Speaking & Pageant Q&A Academy because he lacked substance, he already had a strong core, a clear purpose, and meaningful insights. He came because he wanted to communicate them more effectively.

Our focus was simple: transform depth into clarity. Together, we refined his answers to become more structured, concise, and impactful, proving that in pageantry, it’s not about saying more, but saying what matters most. Brandon trusted the process, embraced every technique, and executed them with confidence on stage. This victory is a testament to his discipline, coachability, and hard work.

PANALO TAYO SA BUONG BATANGAS! 💯

Congratulations to my dear coachee, John Romeo for placing as Second Runner-Up in the recently concluded Mister Tourism World Batangas 2026 and being named Mister Icon Philippines – Batangas 2026, earning the honor of representing the province on the national stage.

What makes this achievement even more inspiring is that John entered pageantry as a newcomer. Yet from our very first session, he showed something that cannot be taught overnight, humility, discipline, and a genuine willingness to learn. He trusted the process, embraced every strategy we worked on, and most importantly, applied each technique with consistency and intention. It is true that coaching can provide structure. It can even simplify complex ideas and sharpen communication. But success ultimately belongs to the person who puts in the work. John did exactly that.

This is a reminder that you don’t need years of pageant experience to make an impact. With the right mindset, the willingness to improve, and the courage to trust the process, remarkable things can happen.

Congratulations once again King. I am certain that the Batangueño spirit of being a barako will now shine on the national stage. I am proud of you and you will always be part of I Core Academy - Public Speaking & Pageant Q&A Academy.

Empowering people through communication will always be one of the most meaningful parts of what I do.

I’m grateful to Rhodsan Rivera and the entire VEST Sales Team for the opportunity to facilitate a Transformational Communication Workshop during your Summer Campaign 2026.

Together, we explored how powerful communication goes beyond speaking well, it’s about leading with identity, building genuine connections, and creating lasting influence. And when we communicate with purpose, we don’t just share messages, we inspire action.

There is something incredibly fulfilling about being in a room full of empowered Filipinas who are passionate about creating change.

Through I Core Academy - Public Speaking & Pageant Q&A Academy, I had the privilege of conducting the Q&A and Transformational Communication Workshop for the candidates of Miss Philippines Earth 2026. For two years in a row, the organization has entrusted me with this responsibility, and for that, I am genuinely grateful. Thank you Ma'am Lorraine Schuck and Ma'am Peachy Veneracion.

What many people see is a workshop. What I see is an opportunity to meet future leaders, advocates, and women from different parts of the Philippines who are using their voices for something greater than themselves.

As someone whose burning passion is empowering others through communication and public speaking, moments like these remind me why I do what I do. Beyond techniques, structures, and Q&A strategies, my goal has always been to help people discover the power of their own voice and the confidence to use it with purpose.

This year’s theme, Love in Action, beautifully reminds us that advocacy begins with the self, extends to our communities, and ultimately creates impact for the world around us. And if there is one message I hope the candidates brought home today, it is this: your voice has the power to influence, inspire, and create meaningful change.

To the Miss Philippines Earth Organization, thank you for the trust. To all the candidates, thank you for your energy, openness, and inspiring stories. Meeting passionate and empowered Filipinas from across the country will always be one of the greatest privileges of what I do.

My heart is full. To God be all the glory!

PANALO TAYO SA BUONG MUNDO! 🇵🇭👑

Congratulations, my dearest coachee Jeian Dessa Francisco, for being crowned Miss Teen Model International 2026, the first Filipina to ever win this title and a queen who has truly made history for our country.

Jeian is the very definition of an I Core Academy - Public Speaking & Pageant Q&A Academy success story. Since 2024, we have journeyed together through every stage of pageantry, from your municipal pageant in Sablayan, to the provincial stage, and now to the international spotlight in Peru. We have tested countless techniques, experimented with different strategies, refined your communication, and discovered what truly works. But none of it would have mattered without your dedication, discipline, and unwavering belief in the process. What makes you special is that you never simply followed instructions, you made them your own. You trusted your story, stayed anchored to your core values, and found your authentic voice.

I still remember competing for Sablayan and finishing with the second title. It wasn’t the outcome we had hoped for, but I remember telling you one thing: Do not let one result define you because your time will come.

And today, it did. ❤️ You represented the Philippines with grace and excellence, and together, we became part of history by bringing home the country’s first-ever Miss Teen Model International crown. What once felt like a distant dream is now a legacy written in gold.

I am beyond proud of you, not only because you won, but because you trusted the journey, stayed resilient through every setback, and kept showing up for your dreams.

To everyone reading this, let Jeian’s story be a reminder: your current chapter is not your final destination. A setback is not a sentence. Sometimes, life simply prepares you for a crown that is bigger than you can presently imagine.

For now, bask in your reign, Queen. Enjoy every moment, every memory, and every well-deserved applause. And CONFIDENTLY, I have a feeling this isn’t our last chapter together. One day, I know we’ll see you on a bigger stage, carrying another sash, chasing another dream. But for now… let’s celebrate history. And yes, when it’s time to return to Peru, sama na ako sa pagbalik. 🇵🇪🇵🇭❤️

Our dear coachee, Dolores Dolly Sanchez is crowned Mutya ng Palawan 2026, also earning the title of Miss Universe Philippines Palawan 2026-2027.

What a beautiful way to celebrate the 30th Pearl Anniversary Baragatan Festival, by crowning a queen who herself embodies the story of a pearl. This victory is particularly special because it marks I Core Academy - Public Speaking & Pageant Q&A Academy’s very first venture into Palawan’s prestigious province-wide pageant. From the very beginning, I saw the seriousness and dedication of Dolly’s team. They personally reached out, entrusted me with her preparation for Q&A and Public Speaking, and even flew Dolly to Manila to train. They invested not only financially but also with their time, energy, and unwavering belief in her potential.

And today, every sacrifice has paid off. Like a pearl hidden within its shell, Dolly’s brilliance was never absent. It was simply waiting for the right season to emerge. Through hard work, courage, and trust in the process, she opened that shell and revealed the radiance that had always been within her.

Now, our shining pearl of Palawan is ready to leave the depths and embrace the national spotlight, SOON! Congratulations once again Queen Dolly! May you continue to shine with grace, represent Palawan with pride, and inspire others by proving that some pearls are worth the wait.
