Our 3๐™ง๐™™ ๐™ก๐™š๐™˜๐™ฉ๐™ช๐™ง๐™š, led by Ms. Jobhel Dalisay, explored the heart of "๐„๐ญ๐ก๐ข๐œ๐š๐ฅ ๐‚๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ž๐ซ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ ๐ข๐ง ๐“๐ซ๐ข๐š๐ ๐ž: ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐œ๐ข๐ฉ๐ฅ๐ž๐ฌ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐๐ข๐จ๐ฆ๐ž๐๐ข๐œ๐š๐ฅ ๐„๐ญ๐ก๐ข๐œ๐ฌ" includes autonomy, beneficence, nonmaleficence, and justice.

Participants listened on the importance of fairness and compassion while making tough triage decisions, reminding every nurse that behind every tag and prioritization framework is a human life deserving of dignity and care.

To add excitement, Ms. Marian Rose Dizon facilitated the โ€œ๐’๐ง๐š๐ค๐ž ๐š๐ง๐ ๐‹๐š๐๐๐ž๐ซโ€ ๐™š๐™ซ๐™–๐™ก๐™ช๐™–๐™ฉ๐™ž๐™ค๐™ฃ ๐™–๐™˜๐™ฉ๐™ž๐™ซ๐™ž๐™ฉ๐™ฎ, where each roll of the dice meant a chance to answer questions about ethical considerations in triage, combining learning with fun, teamwork, and quick thinking.
