𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐎𝐅𝐅𝐈𝐂𝐈𝐀𝐋 𝐋𝐎𝐆𝐎 𝐎𝐅 𝐒𝐈𝐆𝐋𝐀𝐊𝐀𝐒𝐀𝐍 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓

The centerpiece of the logo is the torch. In most events, a torch symbolizes the beginning and serves as a guiding light. But in this logo, the torch is more than that, it also represents the foundation. At the top of the torch are three key figures, symbolizing the theme’s main values: Husay (Excellence), Lakas (Strength), and Sining (Art/Creativity). The left figure, colored purple, represents Sining, since purple is often tied to creativity. On the right is Lakas, colored red to signify strength. At the center is Husay, represented by yellow, a color linked with intelligence and brilliance.

Wrapped around the torch is an element that “holds” or stabilizes it. This wrapping can be seen as the part that solidifies the foundation. On it are three icons: a music note, a book, and a cross, showing that this foundation is built on talent, knowledge, and faith.
Above the torch are three stars, with the central figure reaching toward them. Literally reaching the stars may be impossible, but symbolically it reflects the idea of striving for growth and continuous improvement.
Behind the torch stand four pillars. These represent the four clusters competing in SIGLAKASAN. At the same time, they connect to the four core values upheld by the Divine Word College of Calapan: Integrity, Social Responsibility, Evangelization, and Excellence (ISEE). These values guide the school in shaping every Divinista.

On both sides of the torch are two figures that create balance. On the left, a figure playing volleyball represents the strength, both physical and mental, needed by participants. On the right, a singing figure highlights the talent and creativity required in the event.

Taken as a whole, the logo brings to life this year’s SIGLAKASAN theme: “Husay, Lakas, at Sining, Divinista’y Angat sa Galing.” These are not just words, the logo shows that skills and talents, grounded in values, and fueled by the drive to grow and reach higher, are what make every Divinista truly “angat”.
