We would like to congratulate Eagle Scout Faith Torino🎖️ for emerging as the Regional Scout Representative (RSR) 4 🏅 during the recent Regional Scout Youth Forum held at Lipa City Science Integrated National High School 🏫 from February 5 to 7, 2026 📅. She has also qualified to represent the region 🌏 at the National Scout Youth Forum in the Visayas Region from April 14 to 17, 2026 🗓️🏕️

We are very proud of you, Faith 👏, for being a strong voice for the youth 🗣️ and for showing continuous growth as a leader and as an individual 🌱. Your dedication, confidence, and commitment to Scouting ⚜️ truly inspire many 💫. Continue shining as bright as a STaR ⭐ and paving the path for the young ones 🚸

January 9–10, 2026 marked a meaningful gathering as the Oriental Mindoro Council hosted its Council Scout Youth Forum. Institutional Scout Youth Forum representatives along with their observers from various institutions across the council came together with a shared goal of making the community a better place. The forum served as a platform where participants openly exchanged ideas, raised concerns, and shared personal experiences as active members of the movement, creating an atmosphere of respect, openness, and collaboration.

Throughout the two days, it was packed with various activities, from socials night to the plenary sessions discussing the matters from the quorum.

The Council Scout Youth Forum was more than an event. It was a reminder that the voices of the youth matter. As the forum concluded, participants left inspired and empowered to take on greater responsibilities, continue serving their communities, and uphold the values of the Scout Oath and Law in their daily lives.

We would like to congratulate the Council Scout Representatives of Outfit 086;
CSR 1: ES Faith Torino
CSR 4: ES Piolo Pantoja
as well as the other CSR’s from other outfit that will be participating in the Regionals Scout Youth Forum! We commend everyone from the scouts to the organizing comittee and advisors for successfully conducting the CSYF. 👏🫡⚜️

The 33rd Asia-Pacific Regional Scout Jamboree was not just a gathering of tents and uniforms, it became a place where cultures met, stories were shared, and friendships were formed beyond borders. It was a week where strangers became brothers and sisters, united by the same promise to serve and to lead.

Beneath the open skies and through days filled with challenges and nights full of laughter, we learned lessons that went beyond Scouting skills. We discovered the value of teamwork, the strength found in service, and the beauty of understanding one another despite our differences. More than badges and activities, this jamboree shaped our character and reminded us why we chose to wear the Scout uniform.

The scouts offers a snappy salute with honor and gratitude to everyone especially their parents who have supported them all the way through especially the parent the event. This will not only serve as a memory to be remembered but an experience that developed and will put a mark on their whole being. MABUHAY! MAHAL-TANA

Meet the delegates from Outfit 086 that are gearing up for an adventure of a lifetime as they head to the 33rd Asia Pacific Regional Jamboree in Botolan, Zambales this December 14 to 21 from Oriental Mindoro Council, these scouts carry the spirit of leadership, service, and camaraderie.

Packed with determination and ready for new challenges, they stand proud as they join numerous scouts from all across the region! 🫡⚜️

Ngayong araw, ating gunitain ang tapang at dangal na ipinakita ng Supremo ng Katipunan. Paalala ng kanyang buhay na ang tunay na paglilingkod ay hindi nasusukat sa posisyon, kundi sa prinsipyo.

Bilang Scouts, bitbit natin araw-araw ang diwa ng pagiging tapat, handa, at may malasakit. Nawa ay patuloy nating isabuhay ang aral sa bawat gawain, maliit man o malaki, para sa kapakanan ng ating kapwa at ng ating bayan.
