The University Student Government extends its warmest congratulations to all participants and winners of the 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬’ 𝐖𝐞𝐞𝐤 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔: “𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐩𝐡𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐬: 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐀𝐫𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐁𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠.”

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the initial schedule of the awarding ceremony was postponed and delayed. Nevertheless, through a simple awarding conducted last May 28, 2026, at the CED's Conference Room, we were honored to finally recognize and celebrate the achievements of our outstanding participants and champions.

Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support throughout the entirety of Students’ Week. Your passion and involvement are what transform every activity into a memorable experience for the MinSU community.

𝐀𝐍𝐍𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐂𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓

In consideration of the concerns raised by the students and the current financial struggles being experienced by many, the University Student Government (USG) has decided on 𝙡𝙞𝙢𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙐𝙎𝙂 𝙛𝙞𝙣𝙚 𝙘𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙩𝙤 𝙖 𝙢𝙖𝙭𝙞𝙢𝙪𝙢 𝙤𝙛 ₱150 𝙤𝙣𝙡𝙮 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙎𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙙 𝙎𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙧.

This consideration applies only to USG-related fines and is implemented as an act of understanding and consideration toward the present financial situation of the students.

However, this does 𝙣𝙤𝙩 mean that the same policy will automatically apply in the following semesters or school years. The USG also reminds everyone that we do not tolerate irresponsibility or disregard of university activities and policies. We still encourage all students to remain responsible, participative, and mindful of their actions and responsibilities.

Only the assigned colleges for the day will be accommodated. Students from other colleges will NOT be entertained if it is not their scheduled day.

𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞:
The release of clearances will also follow the same schedule as your assigned clearance signing day.

𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬 𝐌𝐚𝐲𝐨𝐫𝐬:
Class mayors are instructed to claim the clearances at the USG Executive Office in the morning of their scheduled clearance signing.

𝐔𝐒𝐆 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:
Each student must bring 𝐨𝐧𝐞 (𝟏) 𝐬𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐠𝐚𝐫𝐛𝐚𝐠𝐞 before having their clearance signed.

𝐋𝐎𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍:
All USG, CSG, and other student organizations will be stationed at the 𝐌𝐂𝐂 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝 during the clearance signing.

Please cooperate and observe proper order and discipline.

Taos-puso po kaming nagpapasalamat saating 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 Pres Enj - Your President, Your Apostle, 𝐎𝐈𝐂 - 𝐎𝐕𝐏𝐀𝐒𝐀 Ma'am Emma Liwanag at 𝐌𝐂𝐂 - 𝐔𝐒𝐆 bilang mga naging donors at katuwang sa pagsasakatuparan ng 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐉𝐄𝐂𝐓 𝐇𝐀𝐏𝐀𝐆. Lubos din po naming pinasasalamatan ang Minsu Calapan Osas sa kanilang suporta, tulong, at pag-assist upang maging maayos at matagumpay ang programang ito

At dahil sa naging matagumpay na pagsasagawa nito, ipapagpatuloy bukas ang pagbabahagi ng pagkain at suporta para sa ating mga estudyante habang finals week.
