Last Wednesday, August 12, The Grade 9 - St. Maria Goretti class, together with their class adviser Ms. Aubrey Belista, faithfully sponsored the Holy Eucharist as part of the Spiritual Formation of the Institution.

The Eucharist Celebration was presided by Rev. Fr. Ariel T. Adolfo, OP. In his homily, Fr. Ariel reflected on the gospel emphasizing how Jesus is instructing his community in the difficult task of correcting an errant brother or sister.

Fr. Ariel reminded us to avoid the practice of gossiping and complaining to others about a grievance; rather, we should confront the person who has offended us directly and courageously.

🌹 THE FEAST OF THE ASSUMPTION OF MARY | August 15, 2026 🌹

Today, we celebrate the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, the beautiful truth that Mary, at the end of her earthly life, was taken body and soul into Heaven. Through her Assumption, we are reminded of the promise of eternal life and of the glory prepared for those who faithfully say “yes” to God. 💙✨

Mary was not only the Mother of Jesus; she was also a humble servant, a woman of deep faith, courage, and unwavering trust in God. From her joyful “Yes” at the Annunciation to her presence at the foot of the Cross, Mary showed us what it means to love God wholeheartedly—even when the path is difficult. 🙏🏻

As Canossians, we look to Mary as a model of humility, loving service, and faithful surrender to God’s mission. Like our foundress, St. Magdalene of Canossa, may we learn from Mary to have hearts that are always ready to listen, to discern God’s call, and to share His love with others. ❤️‍🔥

May Mama Mary lead us closer to her Son, Jesus, and inspire us to live with faith that listens, hearts that serve, and love that gives without counting the cost.

🌟 “We Form Hearts that Listen, Think, Discern, and Share.” 🌟

Mary, Mother of God and our Mother, pray for us!
Happy Feast of the Assumption! 💙🤍

🌿✨ Feast of St. Clare of Assisi ✨🌿

August 11, 2026

🌿“Our labor here is brief, but the reward is eternal.”🌿

Today, we celebrate the feast of St. Clare of Assisi, a woman of deep faith, simplicity, and unwavering love for Christ. 🤍 She was a close follower and spiritual companion of St. Francis of Assisi and founded the Order of Poor Ladies, now known as the Poor Clares.

St. Clare chose a life of prayer, humility, simplicity, and service, placing Christ above worldly riches. She reminds us that true strength does not always come from power or possessions, but from a heart that is deeply rooted in God. 🕊️✨

Her devotion to the Eucharist was also a beautiful witness of her faith. When her monastery was threatened, tradition tells us that Clare carried the Blessed Sacrament and prayed with such trust in God that the danger was turned away. 🙏✨

🌸 As Canossians, St. Clare invites us to live with a heart centered on Christ—choosing simplicity over excess, prayer over worry, and love over self-interest. Her life echoes our Canossian call to be rooted in Christ Crucified and united in sharing God’s love in mission.

May we, like St. Clare, learn to see God in the simple moments, trust Him in every difficulty, and allow His love to shine through our lives. 💛

St. Clare of Assisi, pray for us! 🙏🕊️

✨ Feast of St. Lawrence, Deacon and Martyr ✨

August 10, 2026

“Sheltered under the name of Jesus Christ, I do not fear these pains, for they do not last long.”

Today, we honor St. Lawrence, a deacon of Rome and a courageous martyr of the early Church. He was entrusted with caring for the Church’s treasures and, when asked to surrender them, he presented the poor, the suffering, and those in need, declaring them to be the true treasures of the Church. ❤️‍🔥

St. Lawrence reminds us that true wealth is found not in material things, but in a heart willing to serve and share. His courage, faith, and joyful commitment to others inspire us to remain faithful to Christ even in difficult moments.

🌿 As Canossians, may St. Lawrence inspire us to live with a “Pusong Canossian”—rooted in Christ Crucified and united in sharing God’s love in mission. Like him, may we recognize Christ in those who are most in need, serve with humility, and generously share the gifts entrusted to us.

May we have the courage to listen, think, discern, and share, becoming living witnesses of God’s love wherever we are.

St. Lawrence, pray for us! 🙏🔥
