𝗠𝗛𝗖𝗖 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱
MHCC celebrated Mental Health Week from 7-10 October 2025, highlighting the theme “Glimmer of Hope, Path to Joy and Wellness: Healing Begins with a Single Spark.”
The celebration aimed to remind everyone that even the smallest and briefest moments can bring peace, calmness, and hope if we take the time to mindfully notice and appreciate them. These “glimmers” serve as gentle reminders that healing and joy often begin with simple acts of awareness and gratitude.
To support the students’ holistic well-being, the Guidance Center and Clinic organized a series of activities such as special prayers, “Good Day” talks, and mental health discussions with specially invited speakers (Ms. Cherry Camille Depano and Dr. Mary May Malabanan-Fernando). These programs not only enriched the students’ knowledge but also nurtured their emotional, psychological, and spiritual well-being, encouraging them to prioritize their mental health every day.

We are inviting all new Grade 4 to Grade 11 students to join us for the New Students’ Orientation on 13-14 June 2025 here at MHCC!

Take this opportunity to tour the school campus, meet new faces, and make friends with your fellow students, and experience the joyful, family-like atmosphere of our educating community.
