Under the leadership of Dr. Regina G. Almonte, Vice President for Academic Affairs (VPAA), the 1st Academic Division Meeting was held on August 17, 2026, at the Accreditation Room. The meeting brought together academic leaders to discuss the challenges and concerns being faced by the faculty and to identify practical and responsive solutions to address these concerns.

As a concrete step toward addressing the matters raised, a memorandum outlining the agreed-upon actions and solutions was prepared. The memorandum will be forwarded for the approval of the College President, Dr. Ronald A. Gonzales, before it is officially disseminated to the faculty through their respective Program Heads.

Through open communication, collaboration, and decisive action, the OVPAA continues to strengthen academic leadership and promote a more responsive and supportive environment for the faculty and the entire academic community.
