𝗖𝗔𝗟𝗔𝗠𝗕𝗔 𝗖𝗜𝗧𝗬, 𝗟𝗔𝗚𝗨𝗡𝗔 — 𝗟𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹 𝟯𝟬, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, students, educators, and aspiring medical technologists gathered at Lyceum of the Philippines University – Laguna for the PHISMETS 3rd South Luzon Congress, an event that embodied the spirit of Hiraya—a vision of hope rooted in Filipino values and excellence.

Organized by the Philippine Society of Medical Technology Students - South Luzon, the congress brought together participants from various institutions across the region, creating a vibrant space for learning, collaboration, and inspiration within the field of Medical Laboratory Science.

The event was marked by a dynamic program filled with insightful discussions and motivational talks from distinguished guest speakers, whose words resonated deeply with the attendees. Their messages highlighted not only the scientific rigor of the profession but also the importance of compassion, integrity, and values that define the Filipino medical technologist.

Beyond the lectures, the congress was energized by the enthusiasm and talent of the participants, fondly referred to as Katusoks. Their active engagement, creativity, and camaraderie transformed the gathering into more than just an academic event—it became a celebration of unity and shared purpose.

Representing their institution, the 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗮 𝗗𝗼𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀’ 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘁𝘆 (𝗖𝗔𝗗𝗠𝗘𝗧𝗦𝗦), together with the Cadocian Katusoks, expressed their sincere appreciation to PHISMETS South Luzon and the host institution for organizing an event that fostered both professional growth and meaningful connections.
