To our less fortunate youth, PNTC offers a STUDY-NOW-PAY-LATER Program which defers the payment of the tuition fees after the graduates have been deployed abroad. With its partners here and abroad, PNTC will continuously endeavor to open the door for young Filipinos to new opportunities, innovations and potentials HERE and ABROAD.
