7:30AM - G-meet link will be posted in the google classroom
8:00AM - Checking of attendance on G-meet (show ID or proof of identity and inspection of area)
9:00AM - Start of Examination

Things to prepare before the exam:
1. We**am
2. Headset
3. Pen and paper (Temporary answer sheet)
4. Scratch paper (STRICTLY NO CALCULATOR allowed during the exam)

Here is the list of the additional incoming Grade 7 and Grade 11 applicants who are qualified to take the Entrance Test on May 12, 2021, Wednesday, 9 AM.
For those who are not in the list of qualifiers posted here on the page but are in the master list of applicants, you will be qualified to take the test once all the pertinent documents have been submitted.

Preliminary requirements:
1. Duly accomplished Application Form (available online and onsite) www.tinyurl.com/ccsisapplicationform
2. Grade requirements:

For incoming Grade 7:
a. Grade 5 (Final Rating in English, Math and Science) at least 85
b. Grade 6 (1st and 2nd Quarter) no grade below 85 in all subjects
For incoming Grade 11:
a. Grade 9 (Final Rating in English, Math and Science) at least 85
b. Grade 10 (1st and 2nd Quarter) no grade below 85 in all subjects

3. Voter’s ID or Voter’s Certification of the parent indicating they are voters of Calamba City
