19 APRIL 2026l The PHINMA-Rizal College of Laguna ROTC Unit conducted its 15TH Training Day "Joint Graduation of Basic Cadets and Cadet Officer Qualifying Course (COQC) and Turn Over Ceremony of Cadet Officer." held at PHINMA-Rizal College of Laguna, National Highway, Barangay Parian, City of Calamba, Laguna.

The Guest of Honor and Speaker, COL GAUDENCIO A CANTOS III MNSA (GSC) PA RES, received a warmly welcome from the Honor Guards during his arrival.

The Ceremony was headed by, the Commandant CPT ALLAN ROSS C LOPEZ (INF) PA RES, Assistant Commandant, 1LT ANGEL NATIVIDAD PA (RES), 403rd Batallion Operations Officer, CPT GERSON D ROVIRA PA (RES), together with ROTC Coordinator, Myka Guinivere B Lalo and ROTC Adviser Diouanna Barrera.

The Reading of Relief Orders was conducted by Assistant Commandant, followed by the Relinquishment of Command and final remarks by the outgoing Corps Commander, C/COL CARLO A CUEVAS 1CL, with the Assumption of Command and inaugural address by the incoming Corps Commander, C/CPT CRISANTO B MENDEZ 2CL.

The Guest of Honor and Speaker commenced the donning of ranks together with ROTC Coordinator for the newly promoted Cadet Officers. The Acceptance into the Reserve Force and Oath of Reservist was led by CPT GERSON D ROVIRA PA (RES)

The program concluded with a powerful and inspiring message from ROTC Coordinator Ms. Myka Guinivere B Lalo.

Mission accomplished! The entire event was carried out successfully and with the utmost discipline. Congratulations to all the graduates and the new leadership!
