Please be informed that the Office of the College Registrar will be CLOSED on June 4, 2026 (Thursday) to give way to the scheduled disinfection of all college premises.

In view of this, all Incoming Freshmen who are scheduled on June 4, 2026 for the submission of enrollment requirements will be moved to June 8, 2026 (Monday). Submission time is from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM only.

Other transactions will also be accommodated during regular office hours.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

To all Incoming Freshmen:

Students who were unable to submit their enrollment requirements on their assigned schedule may still submit their documents at the Office of the College Registrar on the following dates:

Students originally scheduled on May 4–7, 2026 may submit on June 3, 2026
Students originally scheduled on May 11–18, 2026 may submit on June 4, 2026

Submission time is from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM only.

Please be guided accordingly and strictly follow the given schedule.
