In support of the annual 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗮𝗱𝗮 𝗘𝘀𝗸𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗮 program, the 𝗣𝘀𝘆𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗯 𝗼𝗻 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗣𝘀𝘆𝗖𝗛𝗘) participated in a volunteer activity on 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 4, 2026 at 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗮 𝗕𝗮𝘆𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹, in line with the theme, 𝗕𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝘀𝗮 𝗣𝗮𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻: 𝗡𝗮𝗴𝗸𝗮𝗸𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗮 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮 𝘀𝗮 𝗞𝗮𝗮𝘆𝘂𝘀𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝘁 𝗞𝗮𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗻, for Academic Year 2026–2027.

The initiative was conducted to help prepare the school for the upcoming academic year by fostering a clean, safe, and learner-friendly environment. Through cleaning, organizing, and assisting in various maintenance efforts, PsyCHE volunteers along with the other members of Council of Student Leaders (CSL) embodied the values of bayanihan, service, and collective responsibility, contributing to the readiness of the school community for another year of learning.📚✨

This year felt like a long journey. We started with 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 and 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆, unsure of what was ahead. Along the way, we faced challenges that tested our patience, celebrated 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 that reminded us of our progress, and shared moments that made the hard days lighter. Every activity and gathering added something to our story. Some gave us 𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝘄𝗲’𝗹𝗹 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗿𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱, others gave us friendships we’ll treasure, and many gave us 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿.

Psychology recognizes that love, belongingness, and authenticity are essential to well-being. When people are free to express their true selves without fear of judgment, they are more likely to experience healthier self-esteem, stronger relationships, and a deeper sense of identity.
