Semicolon is more than just a punctuation used in literature, it is a symbol that represents strength, hope, and survival.

The symbol was popularized by Amy Bleuel as a representation of her survival after struggling with mental health problems, suicidal thoughts, and also to commemorate his father who died by su***de. The semicolon symbolizes โ€œchoosing to continue your story rather than ending it.โ€ She advocated this through her project named โ€˜Project Semi Colon' to offer hope to others who were facing similar battles and to remind them that no one is struggling with mental health problems alone.

This semicolon is not just any symbol, it is a reminder that you can seek help, take a pause, and begin again.

Did you know that psychological testing and psychological assessment are not the same? They are often used and understood interchangeably by other people, however they actually differ on how professionals use them to evaluate a person's behavior, cognition, and emotions.

Even though they differ in meaning, process, and technique, both of them are essential to gain an accurate and comprehensive evaluation and understanding of a person's mental being.
