Quick Campus Safety Heads-Up, Nationalians! 💛💙

Starting August 24, 2026, NU Laguna will implement additional safety checks at the campus gates, including strict ID verification, bag inspections, and vehicle checks.

These measures may take a little extra time, so please bring your valid NU Laguna ID and arrive earlier than usual to allow for possible lines at the gates. ⏰

These steps are part of our continued efforts to keep the NU Laguna campus safe. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Every 21st of August, we commemorate the death anniversary of Ninoy Aquino Jr., a Filipino commendable for his courage and patriotism as he fought to pursue true justice and freedom. As the face of democracy during his time, he served the Filipino people, became the beacon of light for the common folk, and showed what it truly means to love one's own country—to make sacrifices for your fellow countrymen.

As Nationalians, let us remember his life and his undying legacy that forged a path towards the betterment of democracy. May we be reminded of his sacrifice, and embrace his principles as we strive toward a peaceful and unified future for our country.

One step closer to their dreams! 🧠✨

Last August 15, 2026, the Psychology Program, together with the Guidance Services Office and the Alumni Affairs Office, held the 2026 Psychometrician Board Exam Send-Off and Wellness Program, where our Ates and Kuyas gathered for a fulfilling day of motivation, inspiration, and empowerment as they prepare for their upcoming board exam.

A highlight of the event was the presentation by Ms. Mary Joy G. Vinas, RPm, RGC, head of the Guidance Services Office, on Kalakbay NU Phase 1: Psychological Readiness for the Board Exam - Managing Anxiety, Pressure, and Self-Doubt, which equipped our future Psychometricians with strategies to build resilience and confidence.

Together with the inspiring messages from our speakers and the sharing by our alumni RPms about what helped them survive the board exam, the session reminded us that while every journey comes with challenges, we do not have to face them alone. The support of a strong community gives us the confidence and strength to move forward.

MIRASOL may have been over, but it sure lit up our brand-new term! 🌻

Last July 29, we gathered at the NU Laguna Auditorium for the Program Orientation and General Assembly for Term 1, MIRASOL: Sikat ng Pag-asa, as our Psychmates came together to celebrate new beginnings and build meaningful connections.

The assembly truly captured the rays of hope through the cheers and laughter that echoed through the hall, illuminating the spirit of togetherness that makes Psychology Society shine!
