IN CASE YOU MISSED IT:
The second installment of the Eye Wellness and Free Eye Check-up Program of the UPHSD Calamba Alumni Community in partnership with the Calamba Eye Center was successfully held last March 20, as part of the celebration of the University Week. The said activity featured a short lecture about Eye Wellness and Sight Care initiated by Dr. Mariel Allen Flores, a resident Optometrist of CMC.
Afterwards, the Free Eye Check-up commenced which catered more than fifty clients -- doubling the target from last year's twenty-five. A discounted rate for eye glasses was provided for those who were clinically suggested to avail. Referral services were also conducted.
The Batch Marilag Graduating Class of 2025 was also done simultaneously as part of the Community Extension segment of the University Week.
