Using your Adviser Accounts, set your Class Schedules by following the steps below. Kindly read the caption in each photo for additional information.

You may also message your Grade level SIAS Coordinator if you have questions.

Note: It may be a bit confusing doing this for the first time, but we're here to assist you. But we are also hoping that you will try your best to understand the process before seeking help. 🙂

CREATE A STUDENT ACCOUNT

If a student is not in the system or does not have an account, you may create a student account manually by following the steps below. Kindly read the captions for additional information.

You may also use this method if you're going to create a new account for incoming Grade 11 Students who are still not in the system. (undergoing a transition from JHS to SHS needs to have a new account before enrolling in Grade 11)

NOTE: Data of the student should not be perfectly the same with his/her account during his/her JHS because the system will mark it as an existing account. (You may shorten his/her middle name or remove some other data and just edit it later on).

ENROLLING LEARNERS TO THEIR SECTIONS:
