Post Elementary School warmly welcomed the visiting team from Southville VI Elementary School, headed by School Principal II Lorna Platon, for a benchmarking activity focused on the Gulayan sa Paaralan Program (GPP). The activity was led by School Principal III Maria Lourdes A. Montiel, EdD, together with GPP Focal Person Reynan P. Ricamata, Teacher III. The school proudly shared its best practices and sustainable strategies in maintaining the GPP, including the production of local vegetables that support the School Feeding Program and provide fresh, nutritious food for learners. The school garden also serves as an income-generating activity through its year-round harvest and sustainable production, highlighting the importance of school gardening in promoting food security, learner nutrition, sustainability, and community engagement.
