IN PHOTOS | On May 13, 2026, the 324th DAST UPHSD ROTC Unit successfully conducted the ROTC Graduation and Change of Command Ceremony 2026 at the University of Perpetual Help System DALTA Calamba Campus.
The ceremony was attended by distinguished officers, training staff, cadets, and guests headed by LtCol Shyrell May G. Martin, PAF-GSC, Commandant of UPHSD ROTC; TSg Vener N. Rodriguez, PA, NSTP-ROTC Coordinator; TSg Ricardo C. Tandingan, PA-Res, NSTP-ROTC Instructor; and Dr. Ernesto F. Ramirez, RMT, School Director of UPHSD.
The ceremony highlighted the successful graduation of 676 Basic ROTC Cadets and Cadettes together with 25 First Class Advanced Officers, recognizing their dedication, discipline, and commitment to service. The event also featured the formal Change of Command Ceremony, symbolizing the transfer of leadership and responsibilities within the corps.
The Distribution of Certificates of Completion, Diplomas, and Awards was followed by the Turn-over of Basic PAF ROTC Graduates to the Philippine Air Force Reserve Force and the Acceptance and Oath-taking Ceremony.
During the Change of Command Ceremony, the Orders of Relinquishment and Assumption were formally rendered. Remarks and Relinquishment Orders were delivered by C/Col Sophia Faye L. Moliñawe, 1CL, Outgoing Corps Commander of PAF ROTC UPHSD, followed by the Remarks and Assumption Orders of C/Cpt Jasmin M. Suarez, Incoming Corps Commander of the 324th DAST UPHSD ROTC Unit.
The ceremony also included the Remarks and Introduction of the Guest of Honor and Speaker, followed by an inspirational message and the Mass Singing of the Air Force Hymn.
Congratulations to all Basic and Advanced ROTC Graduates and newly designated cadet officers. May you continue to uphold the values of honor, leadership, discipline, and service as future reservists and leaders of the nation.

IN PHOTOS | The 324th DAST UPHSD ROTC Unit successfully rendered the Entrance of Colors and Crossed Sabers Ceremony during the 1st BSPT Clinical Graduation Ceremony held at the University of Perpetual Help System DALTA Calamba Campus.
On May 9, 2026, in line with the celebration of the 1st BSPT Clinical Graduation Ceremony with the theme, “Healing with Purpose, Character that Leads,” the 324th DAST UPHSD ROTC Unit proudly performed the Entrance of Colors and Crossed Sabers Ceremony under the supervision of NSTP Coordinator – TSg Ricardo C. Tandingan PAR (Res). The ceremonial activity was conducted with utmost discipline, precision, and professionalism, symbolizing honor, achievement, and respect for academic excellence.
The presentation of the national colors and the ex*****on of the Crossed Sabers Ceremony added dignity and solemnity to the occasion, marking a significant milestone in the graduates’ academic journey. Through the dedication and exemplary performance of the ROTC Unit, the ceremony reflected the core values of leadership, patriotism, discipline, and service while highlighting the unit’s commitment to upholding military traditions during institutional events.

On May 2, 2026, the 324th Department of Military Science and Tactics (DMST) of the University of Perpetual Help System DALTA (UPHSD) ROTC Unit successfully conducted its Fifteenth Training Day for the Second Semester of Academic Year 2025-2026, supervised by NCOIC – MSg Roy B. Vidal PAF and NSTP Instructor – TSg Ricardo C. Tandingan PAR (Res).
The training centered on the continuation of the final examinations, incorporating a 3-minute drill evaluation practical test and a written examination to measure the cadets’ proficiency in drill ex*****on, command delivery, and theoretical understanding. The activity was designed to assess overall performance, ensuring that cadets demonstrate the required standards of discipline, accuracy, and competence in both practical and academic components.
Under the guidance of the training supervisors, cadets actively participated while maintaining proper military courtesy, discipline, and professionalism. The activity further enhanced the cadets’ readiness and capability while reinforcing the values of teamwork, responsibility, and commitment to service.

On April 25, 2026, the 324th Department of Military Science and Tactics (DMST) of the University of Perpetual Help System DALTA (UPHSD) ROTC Unit successfully conducted its Thirteenth Training Day for the Second Semester of Academic Year 2026–2027, supervised by NCOIC – MSg Roy B. Vidal PAF, ASST. NCOIC – SSG Voltaire D. Manalo, NSTP Instructor – TSg Ricardo C. Tandingan PAR (Res), ASST. NSTP Instructor – TSg Vener N. Rodriguez PAR (Res), MTI – A1C Jayrald B. Paran PAF, and MTI – A1C Jonobert R. Rosita PAF.
