On August 22, 2026, the 324th Department of Military Science and Tactics (DMST) of the University of Perpetual Help System DALTA ROTC Unit successfully commenced its Examination Day for the First Semester of Academic Year 2026โ€“2027.

The activity was conducted under the instruction of A1C Raymart D Maquinto PAF, and A1C Jayrald B. Paran PAF, with the help of our NSTP Coordinator TSg Ricardo C. Tandingan PAR(Res) and NSTP Assistant Coordinator Sir Wally A. Micosa, in collaboration with the dedicated Advance ROTC Officers of the unit.

Todayโ€™s session focused on testing not just their minds, but also their honor and morality as a cadet. Todayโ€™s session tackles about the rules of salutes, which is the highest form of courtesy in military. The day started with the very energized basic cadets, jogging their way into the school gymnasium. Our first year students are all invested and full of enthusiasm into gaining new military knowledges. All cadets are now looking forward to more discussions and learnings for the next training day.

Our first year students and basic cadets have demonstrated high levels of discipline, interest, and enthusiasm, signaling a promising start to their training. The presence and support of the Advance ROTC Officers helped foster a sense of camaraderie and mentorship among the cadets.
