Students came together for a meaningful mental health guidance session filled with energy, laughter, and heartfelt moments. Through interactive activities and shared experiences, everyone was given a chance to express themselves, connect with others, and simply feel seen and heard.

The session became a safe and positive space where kindness, encouragement, and support were freely shared, reminding us that even the simplest words can uplift someone’s day. 💌

More than just a session, it was a moment of reflection and growth-a reminder that we don’t have to face everything alone.

𝐀𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐥 𝟎𝟔, 𝟎𝟕, & 𝟏𝟑, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔

The University Guidance Center successfully conducted a mental health guidance session for freshmen college students, creating a space where they could pause, reflect, and better understand their thoughts and emotions.

Through meaningful discussions and shared experiences, students were guided to recognize patterns of overthinking. With the help of peers, each classroom became a safe and supportive environment—reminding everyone that they are not alone in what they are going through.

More than just managing thoughts, the session emphasized the importance of self-awareness, compassion, and reaching out for support when needed. It served as a gentle reminder that it’s okay to slow down, to feel, and to take things one step at a time. 🫂

As we continue to build a community that values mental well-being, may we all learn to be kinder to our minds and to one another. Let us also keep in mind that you don't need to overtime in overthinking. Trust your support system💛

Last March 23, our Grade 10 students took an important step toward their future as they participated in the UPHSD Career Mentoring Talk with the theme, “𝙂𝙪𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙙 𝙗𝙮 𝙑𝙖𝙡𝙪𝙚𝙨, 𝙄𝙣𝙨𝙥𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙙 𝙗𝙮 𝘿𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙢𝙨.” 💙

Through meaningful discussions and mentoring sessions from our SHS Mentors and IIPESO City of Calamba, the students explored the different Senior High School track and the wide range of career opportunities connected to each path. They gained valuable insights on how to align their interests, strengths, skills, and aspirations with the track that best suits them as they prepare for the next chapter of their academic journey. 🎓📚

The activity emphasized that choosing a future path is not only about selecting a track, but also about understanding one’s passions, goals, and potential. Students were encouraged to reflect on their abilities and to make decisions guided by their values, dreams, and determination to succeed. 🌟

Our Grade 6 students were also given a glimpse into the exciting world of business, leadership, and entrepreneurship that awaits them in the Junior Business High School. From developing communication and critical thinking skills to becoming future leaders and innovators, they were inspired to dream bigger and believe in their potential. ✨

Last March 18, 2026, the JBHS Peer Facilitators Society successfully held its Culminating Activity—a celebration of a year filled with 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬, 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐝𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞. 💙

The event featured a variety of engaging and interactive activities designed to further hone the leadership skills of our peer facilitators. More than just fun and collaboration, these moments allowed them to reflect on their journey, looking back on their achievements, challenges overcome, and the countless experience they have gained throughout the school year. 🌱

As the school year comes to a close, this culminating activity stands as a testament to the passion, commitment, and heart of our Peer Facilitators. They have not only grown as leaders but have also become instruments of 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭, 𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐲, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 within the school community. 💫
