The Department of Education, spearheaded by the DepEd-BHROD , is launching the National Quality Management System (NQMS) on Monday, September 20, at 9:00 AM with the theme "Establishing a One DepEd, One QMS for Improved Service and Better Client Satisfaction Amidst the Pandemic".

The NQMS Launch is in line with DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2021 which aims to integrate the Department's internal processes, upgrade people capacity, ensure consistency in the delivery of quality services, and foster continuous process improvement that will result in enhanced and sustained client satisfaction.

All DepEd regions, divisions, and schools are invited to watch the program via Facebook Live here on DepEd Philippines.
