⚜️ SCOUTING LEVELS AND THE SPIRIT OF SCOUTING ⚜️
Scouting is for everyone, and every age has a place to learn, serve, lead, and grow! 🦅💚
During the discussion, Scouts were introduced to the different scouting sections and the roles they play in the organization:
🌱 KID – Kabataang Imulat Diwa
👧👦 Kindergarten — the beginning of a child’s journey in scouting, focusing on simple values, friendship, discipline, and discovery.
🌟 KAB – Kabataang Alay sa Bayan
👧👦 Grades 1–3 — developing good character, teamwork, responsibility, and love for community.
⚜️ Boy Scouts
👦👧 Grades 4–6 — building leadership, outdoor skills, preparedness, discipline, and service. Girls may also participate in the BSP’s scouting program, reflecting the organization’s broader opportunities for young people to take part in Scouting.
🦅 Senior Scouts
👦👧 Grades 7 up to 18 years old — strengthening leadership, skills, responsibility, and community involvement.
🚶 Rover Scouts
👦👧 18 years old and above — continuing the Scout journey through service, leadership, and personal development.
🧭 Adult Leaders
The mentors and guides who support, train, and lead Scouts throughout their scouting journey.
👕 WEARING THE SCOUT UNIFORM
Each scouting section has its prescribed uniform and insignia, worn according to the official BSP uniform guidelines. Proper uniform wearing teaches Scouts discipline, identity, pride, and respect for the organization. From the youngest KID to the Rover Scout and Adult Leader, wearing the uniform properly is part of showing that we are ready to learn, ready to serve, and ready to lead.
Because Scouting is more than wearing a uniform—it is about living the values behind it. ⚜️💚
“Once a Scout, always a Scout!” 🦅⚜️
