Para ma-access ang inyong e-DL, gumawa ng LTMS portal account sa https://portal.lto.gov.ph/ords/f?p=1200:HOME::::::

Siguraduhin din na may data ang inyong mga mobile phone sa oras ng biyahe para magamit ang inyong e-DL.
