Academic Recovery and Accessible Learning Kick – off Program

The Academic Recovery and Accessible Learning Program, (ARAL PROGRAM DepEd Order No. 18, s. 2025) (initiated by the Department of Education, aims to support students in overcoming learning gaps and challenges, especially those caused by disruptions such as the COVID-19 pandemic. This program focuses on providing targeted interventions, resources, and inclusive strategies to help all learners, including those with special needs, to catch up academically and engage effectively in their education. Through accessible learning materials and personalized support, the program strives to promote equity and ensure that every student has the opportunity to succeed.
Ngayong umaga, ang GUTIVAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL ay nakiisa sa pambansang paglulunsad ng ARAL Program na may temang “Bawat Bata May Gabay, Bawat Pangarap Abot Kamay, layunin ng programang ito na bigyan ng tamang suporta at paggabay ang bawat batang mag-aaral upang matiyak ang mas matibay na pundasyon sa kanilang pag-aaral hakbang tungo sa kanilang tagumpay na malampasan ang mga pagsubok sa kanilang pag-aaral. Magkakaagapay ang mga g**o, magulang at buong komunidad sa paghubog ng kaisipan ng bawat mag-aaral upang makamit ang kanilang mga pangarap at tagumpay na inaasam. Isa itong panibagong yugto ng pagtutulungan at pagkakaisa para sa kabataan—dahil sa ARAL, bawat pangarap ay abot-kamay!
The program begins with a prayer and the singing of the Philippine National Anthem, Panatang Makabayan, Romblon March, and MIMAROPA March. It includes inspiring messages from the school head, Mrs. Constancia R. Tulio, and the ARAL Focal Person, Mrs. Rica R. Rojas. The event features the unveiling of the ARAL tarp by the school head, learners, parents, and tutors, followed by a balloon release symbolizing unity and the success of the program. The program concludes with a presentation of the ARAL Dance.
