As you approach the completion of your academic program, your responses will provide valuable insights into your personal, academic, and socio-economic background, as well as your current employment status, if applicable.

Collect data on parentsโ occupation and income brackets to better understand studentsโ socio-economic profiles;

Balik Aral Program (BAP) Application is now accepted for the upcoming 3rd Trimester AY2025-2026 and AY2026-2027; BAP is a program for ICCT Colleges students who did not enroll from the previous school year and applying for re-admission.
Step 1: Kindly fill-out completely the BAP Application โ GOOGLE FORM (https://bit.ly/3kNMaRb ).
Step 2: BAP Application will be monitored by the Guidance Counseling Office and the Accounting Office to determine student records and outstanding accounts;
๏ง Accounting Office will submit List of BAP Applicants every Wednesday and Saturday to the Guidance Office and Admissions Office thru e-mail;
๏ง For those with no derogatory records, good academic standing and outstanding accounts will be recommended by the Guidance Office for ACCEPTANCE LETTER from the Registrar Office;
๏ง For those with outstanding accounts, Guidance Office will inform applicants to settle the accounts or apply for BAP Promissory Note; once payment has been done, Guidance Office will recommend the applicants for ACCEPTANCE LETTER from the Registrar Office;
Step 3: Guidance Office will send the ACCEPTANCE LETTER (AL) and PROSPECTUS of the applicant/s thru email copy furnish Admissions Office. BAP Applicants must signed and re-send the Acceptance Letter thru [email protected] and/or an appointment will be scheduled if needed;
๏ง Admissions Office will update the Summary Report of BAP Applicants and processing completion / accomplishment;
Step 4: Guidance Office will acknowledge receipt of the SIGNED ACCEPTANCE LETTER and provide the instruction for enrollment of the BAP Applicant/s.
Step 5: BAP Orientation will be conducted on how to activate accounts for the new Student Portal, and will be assisted for the Enlistment of Section/Subjects thru the Registration Menu of the Student Portal.
NOTE: BAP students enrollment is scheduled at the same time with your College Enrollment Schedule posted from the official FB Page or dashboard of your student portal.

1. Sa inyong Student Portal, i-click ang ACCOUNTS menu;
2. Mula sa Student Ledger / Transaction, pindutin ang trimester/semester period at year level kung saan meron po kayong unsettled amounts;
3. At saka pindutin ang button ng Online Payment;
Otherwise, maaari nating i-settle thru Over-the-Counter Payment - Cebuana Lhuillier, MLhuillier at Philippine Business Bank; gamitin ang inyong Student ID Number at lagyan ng payment code โARโ sa dulo; example CA202012345AR. Ang code na โARโ ay para alam ng teller na ang binayaran mong fees ay para ma-settle ang iyong balances from previous academic term.

Mag walk-in lamang po sa inyong campuses sa araw ng SUBJECTS ENLISTMENT / ENROLLMENT NG INYONG KOLEHIYO / DEPARTAMENTO; ang purpose neto ay para siguraduhing wala po tayong naiiwan na subjects lalo na sa lower level at gayundin, para ma-verify ang mga subjects na wala pang grades and even โINCโ; makakatulong din eto para sa mga nalilito tungkol sa mga PREREQUISITE SUBJECTS, BRIDGING SUBJECTS at COURSES DESCRIPTIONS.

Ngayon Enlistment of Subjects / Enrollment period, maaari na po ninyong isabay ang pag-ADD ng subject/s during your COLLEGE and YEAR LEVEL Enlistment/Enrollment Schedule. Hindi napo allowed magpa-add ng subject/s once nag-umpisa na ang classes.
Approval to ADD SUBJECT/S will also based from the following school policies and considerations:
1. Kung ang subject ay pre-requisite subject;
2. Kung ang subject/s ay offered or naka-open sa naturang trimester period;
3. Kung hindi ka pa lampas sa maximum number of units;
4. Kung ikaw ay magpapa-ADD ng subject/s at hindi pa officially enrolled or wala ka pang ORF, hindi kailangan magbayad ng Subject Adding Fee; maaari kang mag-enlist nun subject mula sa iyong STUDENT PORTAL otherwise, pumunta sa inyong campus para sa WALK-IN ENROLLMENT ASSISTANCE during your college schedule;
5. PERO kung ikaw ay officially enrolled na at generated na ang ORF:
5.1 Kailangan mong magbayad ng Subject Adding Fee na P50 per subject;
5.2 Maaaring magpa-ADD ng subject/s thru WALK-IN ENROLLMENT ASSISTANCE or tumawag sa PORTAL HOTLINES during your college schedule;
5.3 Kailangang ibigay or ipakita ang proof of payment para sa Subject Adding Fee;
5.4 Then, check your portal para sa NEW ASSESSMENT OF FEES, bayaran ang anu mang dagdag na fees lalo na kung ikaw ay nag-CASH BASIS para maiwasan na mabago ang computation ng inyong accounts;
5.5 I-download muli ang inyong UPDATED ORF.

Ang INC o INCOMPLETE na subject grade ay nilalagay ng teacher kapag may dapat i-comply ang student katulad ng (1) walang final exam, at (2) pagpasa ng final exam permit on time.
Binibigyan ng Academic Affairs Office ang isang taon ang student na may INC subject grade para ayusin eto. Pumunta lamang po sa Registrarโs Office Window 9 para i-verify muli ang grades or humingi ng COMPLETION FORM at dadalhin sa Academic Affairs Office; kung kayo ay from other campuses, sa inyong respective ADMISSIONS COUNTER po tayo makipag ugnayan para maayos ang nasabing INC subject grade.
Kapag BLANKO ang subject grades, eto ay marahil hindi pa encoded ang niyong subject grade/s kaya i-check from time-to-time, o maaari po tayong mag GRADES VERIFY thru the Student Portal Hotlines: 0961.077.6611, 0939.806.8837, 0968.221.8530, 0955.125.0338, 0968.221.8531 or 0968.220.0486; Monday to Saturday except Wednesday, 8am to 12nn and 1pm to 5pm; strictly ACCEPT CALLS ONLY for issues and concern about Online Student Portal; telephone handset used for this service is NOT capable to accept and reply text messages.
PARA SA KAALAMAN NG LAHAT: Tayo po ay gumagamit ng NEW School Management System at nasa testing period ang pag-VIEW ng ating SUBJECT GRADES. Humihingi kami ng pang-unawa at maaayos din po ang ating pag-gamit ng Online Student Portal. Lahat ng mga subject grades ng nakaraang academic period ay naka-encode na po sa ating OLD SMS bilang back-up.
