Paano mag-apply at enroll sa ICCT Colleges para sa incoming 1st Trimester AY2022-2023?

Kung ikaw ay incoming College Freshmen, Transferee, Second Courser, School Leaver, ALS Passer, or Senior High School Grade 11 para sa School Year 2022-2023, maaaring mag-apply at enroll thru Online New Student Application or mag - Walk In Enrollment simula February 15 up to July 31, 2022.

OPTION 1 – ICCT Online New Student Application Portal

Step 1: Mag-apply through ICCT Online Application Portal – https://sms.icct.edu.ph ; i-click ang “Create Account” at sagutan ang mga detalyeng kailangan; siguraduhing active ang e-mail address at mobile phone number;

Step 2: Kayo ay makakatangap ng application number (Ex. CA2223A00001) at initial password na para sa “Sign IN” sa Application Portal at i-monitor ang inyong approval; makakatangap din po tayo ng e-mail automatically kapag successful po tayong nag-apply;

Step 3: Gamitin ang application no. at inyong pangalan para magbayad ng P220 College Application Fee; lagyan ng “AF” (Application Fee) sa dulo ng inyong application no. (Ex.: CA2223A00001AF); magbayad lamang po sa ating mga authorized payment centers/apps (GCash, Paymaya, 711 EC Pay or CLIQQ, Mlhuillier, Cebuana Lhuillier, Bayad Center and Unionbank); HINDI kailangan magbayad ng application fee ang mga incoming SHS Grade 11;

Note: Para sa GCash, gamitin ang inyong PANGALAN bilang REFERENCE Number (Maximum of 15 characters). Ex. SantosMarlyn; DeLaCruzRM; DeGuzman; SalongaDonalyn;

Step 4: I-sumite ang mga school admission requirements through e-mail [email protected] ; o dalhin ang mga requirements sa ICCT Colleges – Admissions Office mula Monday to Saturday except Wednesday and Holidays, from 8am to 4pm;

Step 5: Then, makakatangap po kayo ng Tentative Class Schedule (TCS) starting July 1, 2022; at maaari na po kayong magbayad ng downpayment (P1,000 for online classes / P1,140 for limited face-to-face classes) o ang total cash amount sa ating authorized payment centers/apps (GCash, Paymaya, 711 EC Pay or CLIQQ, Mlhuillier, Cebuana Lhuillier, Bayad Center and Unionbank); ilagay ang inyong pangalan at application no.; itabi ang proof of payment;

Kung ikaw ay incoming SHS Grade 11 from public schools, kayo po ay otomatikong under the DepEd SHS Voucher Grantees, kaya magbayad lang po ng P350.00 para sa buong school year; at kung kayo naman ay galing from private JHS or ESC Grantees, P1,350.00 po ang Downpayment to pay;

Step 6: Susundan eto ng text message mula sa “ICCT Info” kung saan makikita ang iyong Student ID Number within 2 to 3 days mula sa araw na kayo ay nagbayad;

Step 7: Gamitin ang Student ID Number as your initial username (Ex. CA222300018) at ang initial password ay ang iyong LASTNAME in capital letters (Ex. DELA CRUZ) para makapag create ng inyong account sa Online Student Portal (Blue) at sundan ang processo; kindly take note of your new username and password during your initial set-up.

Step 8: Sa dashboard ng inyong Student Portal account, makikita ang REGISTRATION menu, i-click at lalabas ang Tentative Class Schedule & Assessment Button, i-click eto para lumabas ang button ng OFFICIAL REGISTRATION & ASSESSMENT. Pindutin eto at maaari mo ng i-download ang inyong OFFICIAL REGISTRATION FORM (ORF); makikita ang Class Codes para sa inyong Edmodo Online Classes sa inyong ORF na nasa ibaba ng bawat Subject Codes;

Step 9: Gumawa ng account sa Edmodo - https://new.edmodo.com/ para ready ka na sa unang araw ng online classes;

Step 10: Congratulations! Ikaw ay officially enrolled na sa ICCT Colleges. Tentative classes start on September 16, 2022 (College) at September 1, 2022 (SHS).

OPTION 2 – Walk In Application & Enrollment

Step 1: Kung kayo ay nahihirapan na makapasok sa ating Online Application, maaari po tayong pumunta sa anumang ICCT Colleges Campuses tuwing TUESDAY, THURSDAY at SATURDAY, from 8am to 4pm;

Step 2: Tuturuan po tayo gumamit ng aming ICCT Application Portal;

Step 3: Kayo ay makakatangap ng application number (Ex. CA2223A00001) at initial password na para sa “Sign IN” sa Application Portal at i-monitor ang inyong approval; makakatangap din po tayo ng e-mail automatically kapag successful po tayong nag-apply;

HOW TO ENROLL AS A NEW STUDENT / COLLEGE FRESHMEN THIS 2ND TRIMESTER AY2020-2021 AT ICCT COLLEGES?

Online Student Application Procedure for SECOND TRIMESTER AY2020-2021 College Freshmen, ALS Passers, Transferees, Second Coursers, and School Leavers starts from November 2, 2020 to January 9, 2021:

1. Go to the ICCT Colleges SMS page (https://sms.icct.edu.ph/login/applicant #) and read the information provided;

2. Click “Create your Account, SIGN UP”. This will take you to SIGN UP page; continue by clicking SIGN UP for the Admissions Form;

3. Fill out the required fields of the Online ADMISSIONS Page; be sure that the information (particularly your name and date of birth) in the application must be the same as indicated in your NSO/PSA copy of birth certificate; then click NEXT;

4. Complete all required fields for your PERSONAL INFORMATION; check all entries and read the confirmation remarks before clicking SUBMIT APPLICATION;

5. “Are you sure to submit this application?” pop-up message will appear, then click OK;

6. “Success” pop-up message will appear, then click OK to proceed;

7. You will receive your APPLICATION NO. and PASSWORD;

1.1 Greetings screen signifies that you are now pre-approved and may proceed to next step;
1.2 Please keep your APPLICATION NO. and PASSWORD to use every time you SIGN-IN to thE ICCT Colleges Online Application Profile;

Check your email account for your TENTATIVE CLASS SCHEDULES (TCS); then attend New Student Virtual Orientation; make sure that you have provided an active e-mail account on your online application form; your TCS includes your Edmodo Class Codes located below of each subject codes; ALL PAYMENTS MADE WILL REFLECT ON THE REGISTRATION FORM AT THE STUDENT PORTAL AND NOT ON THE TCS;

13. Proceed creating your Edmodo Account (one account for all subjects) using those Edmodo Class Codes indicated from your TCS; to download Edmodo for FREE, click this link: https://new.edmodo.com ; you may attend your Edmodo Online Classes without your Student ID Number;

14. Once the Admissions Office has generated your Official Student ID Number, which you will receive on your e-mail address, you may proceed to ACCESS or LOG IN at the ICCT Online Student Portal; YOU WILL BE PROMPT TO CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD AND UPDATE SECURITY FEATURES; then, view your OFFICIAL REGISTRATION FORM (REGISTRATION) from your student portal DASHBOARD; if problems occur on your LOG-IN, please message [email protected] .

HOW TO ENROLL AS A NEW STUDENT / COLLEGE FRESHMEN THIS 2ND TRIMESTER AY2020-2021 AT ICCT COLLEGES?

Online Student Application Procedure for SECOND TRIMESTER AY2020-2021 College Freshmen, ALS Passers, Transferees, Second Coursers, and School Leavers starts from November 2, 2020 to January 9, 2021:

1. Go to the ICCT Colleges SMS page (https://sms.icct.edu.ph/login/applicant #) and read the information provided;

2. Click “Create your Account, SIGN UP”. This will take you to SIGN UP page; continue by clicking SIGN UP for the Admissions Form;

3. Fill out the required fields of the Online ADMISSIONS Page; be sure that the information (particularly your name and date of birth) in the application must be the same as indicated in your NSO/PSA copy of birth certificate; then click NEXT;

4. Complete all required fields for your PERSONAL INFORMATION; check all entries and read the confirmation remarks before clicking SUBMIT APPLICATION;

5. “Are you sure to submit this application?” pop-up message will appear, then click OK;

6. “Success” pop-up message will appear, then click OK to proceed;

7. You will receive your APPLICATION NO. and PASSWORD;

1.1 Greetings screen signifies that you are now pre-approved and may proceed to next step;
1.2 Please keep your APPLICATION NO. and PASSWORD to use every time you SIGN-IN to thE ICCT Colleges Online Application Profile;
1.3 Printing option of your application form is found on the upper right of the screen; or click DOWNLOAD APPLICATION button at the lower part of the screen;
