Qualifications:
- Can communicate in basic English (Oral and Written)
- At least High School/ALS Graduate

- 6pcs passport sized picture; white background with collar
- Birth Certificate (SINGLE applicant) / Marriage Certificate (MARRIED applicant)
- Diploma / ALS Certificate or Transcript of Record (TOR) / Form 137
- Barangay Clearance (Original)
- Medical Certificate - Fit for Training remarks (Senior Citizen and PWD)
