In preparation for the Nihongo Fiesta in February 2024, we invite all Philippine public and private schools, universities, and language centers to submit photos of their own Japan Fiesta or โOwn Nihongo Fiesta.โ This can be any event that features the Japanese language and culture, held within a Philippine educational institution, and organized by or for Japanese language learners.

The Japan Foundation, Manila is now accepting entries for the 51st Nihongo Speech Contest, open to all Japanese Language Learners in the Philippines. Showcase your Nihongo skills and get the chance to win exciting prizes!
The Grand Champion will be awarded an all-expense-paid week-long study tour in Japan. Other winners will receive a medal, certificate, plaque, and prize items. For more information regarding the contest, read the guidelines linked below.
