The final day centered on lesson planning, documentation, and program implementation. The morning session began with a lesson plan examination, review of documentation samples, and focused group discussions. Teachers actively participated in demonstrations that required them to analyze learner profiles and identify specific reading needs.

A key highlight of Day 3 was the case study activity. Participants were tasked to evaluate a given case, develop an Individualized Education Plan (IEP), create an eight session reading plan, and write corresponding intervention notes. This activity allowed teachers to apply the theories, strategies, and approaches discussed during the previous days in a realistic and structured setting.

The latter part of the session focused on the Readwell Program process and monitoring. Discussions guided teachers on how to implement the program effectively, monitor learner progress, and adjust interventions based on data and observations.

The seminar concluded with teachers reflecting on their learning and sharing insights gained from the activities. The three day Readwell Program Seminar ended with participants feeling well equipped with knowledge and skills, as well as satisfied and energized after days of meaningful learning and shared meals.

The morning session focused on Phase 1: Phonological Awareness, highlighting rhymes and alliterations. Teacher participants observed demonstrations and later performed return demonstrations, allowing them to practice strategies used to strengthen early sound awareness among learners. The activities were interactive and light, making complex concepts easier to understand and apply in actual classroom settings.

After a short break, the seminar moved on to Phase 2, which covered phonemes, phonograms, picture decks, and picture drills, along with handwriting and phonics instruction. Through guided demonstrations, teachers learned how visual and tactile materials can support letter recognition, sound association, and proper writing habits. The session emphasized consistency and repetition as key factors in building reading readiness.

Following lunch, the afternoon session tackled Phase 3 and Phase 4, which focused on early reading rules, blends, rimes, and digraphs. Participants took part in demonstrations that showed how these components are introduced gradually to help learners decode words more effectively. The discussion remained engaging, with teachers sharing insights and experiences from their own classrooms.

The first day of the seminar featured in-depth discussions, hands-on simulations, and live demonstrations focused on strengthening teachersโ€™ understanding of reading instruction. Participants explored the Core Concepts and Foundations of Learning, including didactics and the theoretical framework of literacy, which set the tone for the succeeding sessions.

๐—ฅ๐—ฒ๐—ด๐—ถ๐˜€๐˜๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฑ ๐—ข๐—ฐ๐—ฐ๐˜‚๐—ฝ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป๐—ฎ๐—น ๐—ง๐—ต๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐—ฝ๐—ถ๐˜€๐˜ ๐—”๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐—ป ๐—•๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ฎ๐—ป, fondly known as ๐—ง๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—ฐ๐—ต๐—ฒ๐—ฟ ๐—”๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐—ป, served as the seminar speaker. Recently certified as a Reading Specialist after formal training in Singapore, Teacher Aaron shared practical strategies rooted in evidence based practice. He thoroughly discussed and demonstrated the Orton Gillingham Approach, Predictors of Success in Reading, and the use of multisensory approaches to support diverse learners.

Teachers actively participated in simulations that showed how multisensory techniques can improve reading readiness and comprehension. The interactive format allowed participants to ask questions, exchange ideas, and apply concepts in real classroom situations.

Despite two unexpected power interruptions during the sessions, the seminar continued without disruption. Both the speaker and participants remained engaged, adjusting activities as needed to ensure that learning goals were still met.

The first day concluded with positive feedback from participants, who described the discussions as practical, relevant, and motivating. The Readwell Program Seminar is expected to further equip teachers with effective reading strategies as it continues over the next two days.

๐—ง๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—ฐ๐—ต๐—ฒ๐—ฟ ๐—ก๐—ฒ๐—ถ๐—น supports the program as an Applied Behavior Analysis Technician. He works closely with children during sessions, helping them practice skills, manage behaviors, and build confidence through consistent guidance and encouragement.

Isang makulay at masayang pagdiriwang ng Pasko ang matagumpay na isinagawa ng Kidโ€™s Journey Learning Center ngayong holiday season. Pinuno ng tawanan, saya, at makabuluhang sandali ang buong programa habang sabay-sabay na nagdiwang ang mga bata, magulang, at g**o.

Tampok sa selebrasyon ang ibaโ€™t ibang gawain na nagbigay saya at sigla sa mga bata, mula sa mga palaro at pagtatanghal hanggang sa simpleng pagbabahagi ng oras at ngiti. Higit sa lahat, ramdam ang diwa ng Pasko sa pagkakaisa, pagmamahalan, at pasasalamat na namayani sa buong okasyon.

Ang Christmas Party ay nagsilbing paalala na ang Pasko ay hindi lamang tungkol sa mga handog at kasiyahan, kundi sa mga alaala at ugnayang nabubuo kapag tayo ay magkakasama. Sa pamamagitan ng pagdiriwang na ito, muling pinagtibay ng learning center ang kahalagahan ng komunidad, malasakit, at pagbibigay halaga sa bawat bata.
