Co envisioned establishing a non-sectarian non-stock private educational institution with the primary purpose to provide a higher education of excellence within the province of Rizal. Considering that the school shall concentrate more in the field of IT, the board of trustees decided to name it as The Institute of Creative Computer Technology Foundation, Inc. In 1998, with the astonishing growth of enrollment and its wide popularity, the name for brevity gained the acronyms (ICCT), hence, the board of trustees amended its Articles of Incorporation and have its present name as ICCT Colleges Foundation Inc. - continuing a true education, responsive to the fast-changing information & communication technology, health science education and an international standard of learning. The ICCT Colleges, in its full speed development plans was inspired and deeply motivated to achieve academic excellence and take active part in nation-building and international concerns. The ICCT Colleges gears a propelling foreseeable demand of information technology education that gives rise to the establishment of campuses and satellite schools in Angono, San Mateo, Antipolo City, Sumulong (Cainta), and soon in Cogeo (Antipolo City), Tanay, etc. At present, ICCT Colleges acquired recognitions for the 32 degree programs in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Criminology, Education. Arts & Sciences, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Tourism, Mass Communication, and Health Science Education (BS Nursing) from the Commission on Higher Education (CHED); and for the 25 vocational / certificate programs from the Technical Education & Skills Development Authority (TESDA). Short-term courses of one (1) to two (2) weeks program, International Studies, Language & Culture Study Programs, Certificate in Teaching Program, Certificate in Health Science Aide, Certificate in Call Center, Certificate in Medical Transcription, and Certificate in Caregiver are also being offered. To ensure relevant quality education and globally competitive ICCT graduates, a continuing improvement of education through upgrading and strengthening existing curricular offerings and programs, such as in-house / invitational seminars & workshops conducted by resource speakers from different universities; the E-learning, an innovative program that will develop self-motivated independent learning skills aided via the internet channels; a Program Module Approach to Education wherein multimedia course wares & other communication technologies are used; and partnerships with DLSU-Professional Schools, Inc. as Cisco Regional Networking Academy, the University of Cambridge-Local Examinations Syndicate, and the Sun Microsystems Phils., Inc. as JAVA Training Center; and hospital affiliations with various tertiary and special hospitals, foremost are Amang Rodriguez Medical Center, National Orthopedic Center, etc. for its health science offerings. A milestone to ICCT Colleges in which it stands so proud that the Consumers League of the Philippines bestowed upon ICCT Colleges the Consumers Award 2004 Most Outstanding Computer School in the Philippines as well as remarkable stints by the students in Licensure Examinations, Beauty Pageant and various National Academic & Skills Competitions. In 2006, ICCT Colleges gained another prominence in the field of Distance Learning Education and it is privileged to have partnership with one of the oldest and biggest universities in China, the Fujian Normal University. The first ever Hanyu Pinyin e-learning program in the Philippines is now being offered only through the ICCT Colleges.
