Subject: Transition to Online Classes Today

Dear SHS Students and Parents,

Due to inclement weather, Senior High School classes will shift to an online format today, August 14.
To accommodate students who have already arrived at school and need time to safely travel back home, classes will officially start at 9:30 AM.

Please stand by for the detailed online class schedule, which will be posted shortly.

Preschool to Junior High School
August 14, 2026
Subject: Early Dismissal

Due to the current weather condition and Mayor's announcement, classes for afternoon sessions are now cancelled.

For morning classes, students will have regular classes. Please see the time of dismissal:
Preschool: Usual time
Primary: 11:00am
Intermediate: 11:30am
Junior High School: 12:00nn

However, if fetchers are already there, students may already go home.

FCS ADVISORY – August 5, 2026

Following the announcement of Mayor Nieto, afternoon classes for all levels are suspended.

In the same regard, for students who are already in school, an orderly and staggered dismissal will be implemented as follows:
10:30 AM – Preschool & Grades 1–3
11:00 AM – Grades 4–6
11:30 AM – Junior High School
12:00 PM – Senior High School

Students will remain inside their classrooms while waiting for their fetchers, advisers are asked to stay until all students are fetched.
