The Office of the Registrar and Student Services hereby informs all students who successfully filled out the Graduation Application via Google Form from May 17, 2026 to July 17, 2026 that attendance at the Pre-Graduation Orientation is MANDATORY as part of the graduation requirements for the Upcoming Commencement Exercises.

Please be advised that filling out the Graduation Application via Google Form does not automatically mean that a student is qualified for graduation. All applications remain subject to verification, validation, academic evaluation, and approval by the Office of the Registrar and Student Services and other concerned offices of the College. Only students who have satisfactorily complied with all academic, institutional, financial, and graduation requirements shall be considered qualified candidates for graduation.

The Pre-Graduation Orientation aims to discuss important matters regarding graduation requirements and procedures, E-Clearance, Special Order (SO) Number processing, requesting of school credentials (Transcript of Records, Diploma, Certifications, and other official documents), the ECAV process, and other graduation-related policies and guidelines. Attendance at the orientation will help ensure that graduating students are properly informed and prepared, thereby avoiding misunderstandings, delays, and concerns before, during, and after the Commencement Exercises.

📌 𝐇𝐎𝐖 𝐓𝐎 𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐂𝐊 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐏𝐑𝐄-𝐆𝐑𝐀𝐃𝐔𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐎𝐑𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐒𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐃𝐔𝐋𝐄

1. Scan the official QR Code provided by the Office of the Registrar and Student Services.

2. Enter your Student Number in the designated field.

3. Your assigned schedule, time, and venue of the Pre-Graduation Orientation will be displayed.

4. Please attend only the schedule assigned to you.

⚠️ 𝐈𝐌𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓𝐀𝐍𝐓 𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐃𝐄𝐑𝐒

• Attendance at the Pre-Graduation Orientation is REQUIRED for all students who filled out the Graduation Application via Google Form.

• Students enrolled in the Third Trimester of Academic Year 2025–2026 must have successfully completed their final terminal term, including all academic subjects and Practicum/OJT requirements, before they may be considered qualified for graduation.

• Filling out the Graduation Application Google Form does NOT automatically guarantee qualification for graduation.

• Applications are subject to verification, validation, evaluation, and approval by the Office of the Registrar and Student Services and other concerned offices.

• Failure to attend the orientation may result in missing important graduation-related announcements, schedules, and instructions.

• Regularly monitor the official Registrar and Student Services page and your official email account for updates and announcements.

• Please arrive on time and follow all instructions provided during the orientation.
