The spirit of Sandugo, one blood uniting us, the Cookerynians, has brought home the gold once again! We've secured our consecutive championship title, making history from previous years right up to today! This is more than a trophy; it's a testament to our collective effort and a success story we'll proudly carry for years. All our hard work has truly paid off! 💪🏻

Amidst the chaos, blood, sweat, and tears, and those late-night practices far from home, we stood together, conquered the stage, and claimed the title of CHAMPION FESTIVAL DANCE 2025. ☝🏻✨

Yes, we, the Cookerynians, may have our moments of being hardheaded, lazy, or tardy, but when it truly mattered, we united as one. Every memory, from the long rehearsals to preparing every single prop, will be cherished and missed. We gave it our absolute all and brought home the victory!

We're eternally grateful to our exceptional trainer, Kuya Jumar Jaspe. Your creativity, brilliant ideas, and incredible talent were the heart of this performance. We couldn't have pulled off this spectacular, "super bonggacious" dance without your masterful guidance, Kuya. We love you! 🫰🏻

A massive shout-out also goes to our ever-supportive adviser, Ma'am Marie Jane P. Monroyo. You're the epitome of a passionate, dedicated teacher and a true inspiration to us all. Thank you, our second mother, for guiding us, for the necessary scolding, and for always watching over us during those long, tiring late-night sessions. We apologize for our shortcomings and truly appreciate you. We love you, Mother, always! 🫶🏻

GLIMPSE OF JULY NUTRITION MONTH 👩🏻‍🍳✨

Nutrition Month was a wild ride of chaos and creativity. We had our share of drama, including a moment that made Mother Marie Jane Mondragon so furious she left our group chat. Our choreographers and leaders Ruth, Edward, Maicah, and Ethan were always there to lift our spirits and make us our best. And to all the Cookerians who actively participated even though y'all were so exhausted and sometimes too hard to handle, without you guys we can't taste this success! 🙌🏻

And Cookery proved they're the best at last-minute success! All the hard work, the blood and sweat, paid off when we became champions. We won both the Chicken Dish Competition and the Jingle Contest! A special shout-out goes to our great cooks, Ethan Josh J. Nabong and Danrich Alberto G. Borja, who made the entire team incredibly proud. 🏆

To our beloved Mother Marie Jane Mondragon, we want you to know we will always love you. Despite our "hard-headed" moments, our loudness, your unending scolding, love, care, support, and valuable lessons will forever hold a special place in our hearts. 🩷

To celebrate our exhausting week, we had a small get-together and enjoyed some of our own cooked street food. As cooks, it's safe to say we were all busog! 🤪

Every chaotic moment and late night was worth it for those victories. This championship isn't just a win; it's a testament to what happens when a group of people truly works as one. As the saying goes, "Teamwork makes the dream work." 💪🏻

It's not over yet; there's another level to conquer! Roar! The month of August is a new season, and with it comes new challenges. Let's get ready for new training and be prepared for what's to come. 😉

COOKERY slayed it and we are back stronger and bolder!

We just won the Nutrition Month Jingle Contest for Grade 12, embracing the theme "Food and Nutrition Security, Maging Priority! Sapat na Pagkain, Karapatan Natin!". We brought home the bacon! 🙌🏻

Few practices, 2 days of cramming, overtime, and "kasaba"— every effort was worth it.
