The Capitol University community mourns the passing of a beloved leader and mentor, former Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Luvismin Sy Aves.
Dr. Lu Aves also served as the principal of St. Francis Learning Center (now Capitol University Basic Education Department) and the Dean of the CU College of Education. Her years of exemplary service shaped the academic foundation of CU and inspired generations of students and teachers.
We extend our most heartfelt prayers and condolences to her family during this difficult time.
May her soul rest in eternal peace.
