Last January 26, 2026, PCCOSO successfully held its General Assembly centered on Self-Transformation and Values Enhancement, inspired by the principles of The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. The event featured insightful talks from Guest Speaker, Sir Ruben Nino Balane and Special Guest Sir Ian Xien Hinacay, who challenged students to cultivate discipline, integrity, and purpose in their daily lives.

HAZING HAS NO PLACE IN OUR COMMUNITY

In observance of National Anti-Hazing Prevention (Proclamation No. 907), we reaffirm our unwavering commitment to building a campus grounded in respect, dignity, and compassion.

We stand united against all forms of violence. Hazing is not tradition it is trauma. It is not a rite of passage it is abuse. True integrity is demonstrated not by causing pain, but by leading with courage, empathy, and heart.

Let us choose leadership that uplifts, friendships that protect, and traditions that inspire growth—not fear. Together, we create a safe community where every voice is valued and every student is respected.
