The review and training center is headed by its President and review director , Dr. Manuel Vallar Jaudian, who is a doctorate degree holder in Criminology(PCCr, Manila), master’s degree in Criminology(PCCr, Manila), Bachelor of Laws( Ateneo De Cagayan-Xavier University) and Criminology graduate at Cagayan de Oro College. He is an accreditor of PACU COA, author, public safety consultant, and a journalist. He has undergone training in Australia relative to anti-corruption investigation and United States of America in security and terrorism issues and investigation.
