Please be advised of our schedule for the week. In observance of the holy week, Xtreme Training Grounds will be closed on April 6 and 7, (Thursday and Friday).

Operations will resume on April 8, 2023, Saturday with BJJ class at 2pm to 4pm, followed by regular schedule starting Monday April 10, 2023.

We are located at Xavier Estates Sports and Country Club, beside covered courts @ Masterson Avenue, Cagayan de Oro City.

Join us for HIFT! High Intensity Functional Training

Constantly varied, functional training performed at high intensity. Prepares you for any physical endeavor you may encounter, whether you're an advanced athlete, beginner, or have no exercise experience at all. Movements are modifiable and intensity ultimately is relative to you.

Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays - 6AM
Monday to Friday - 6PM

Great News! We are announcing new class schedules! Starting Monday, October 17, 2022. The classes are as follows:

HIFT (High Intensity Functional Training)
Monday, Wednesday and Friday - 6:15PM
Monday to Friday - 6PM

Plyometrics
Monday to Friday:
9AM to 4PM - Open Workout
5PM (Class)

We are also accepting Personal Training outside of class schedules. Send us a message to know more about it.

We are planning to open up new time slot classes. Join us this Friday at 6:15 AM, thats early in the morning for early birds, or 7:15 PM, later in the evening for our night owls.
