𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
Process and complete your clearance electronically through the PRISMS e-clearance module.

𝐃𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞:
On or before May 30, 2026

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 “𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐝” 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐬:
• Complete the Faculty Performance Evaluation for the current semester.
• Submit all required documents to your respective Office of the Dean.
• Settle all academic, financial, and administrative responsibilities, including returning borrowed materials.

In compliance with OP Memorandum No. 102, s. In line with 2026 and related issuances on energy conservation and flexible work arrangements, the University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines, Cagayan de Oro, will implement a Flexible Learning Modality for the remainder of AY 2025–2026, including the Midyear Term.

🔹 Key Guidelines:
• Flexible learning (online and asynchronous) shall not exceed 50% of total class sessions
• Face-to-face classes will continue for laboratory and skill-based courses
• Online and asynchronous learning will be conducted via the university’s LMS
• Students without internet access may utilize campus facilities

🔹 Rationale:
This initiative supports national efforts to address the energy crisis while helping reduce transportation and fuel costs for students and faculty.

📅 Flexible Learning Schedule (Monday, Friday, Saturday):
• BS in Applied Mathematics
• BS in Applied Physics
• BS in Environmental Science
• BS in Chemistry
• BS in Food Technology
