General information
The objectives of this code shall be:
a. to institute fundamental election procedures, guidelines, and regulations from the filing of certificates of candidacy to the settlement of post-election protests;
b. to regulate the conduct of electoral activities and expenses, insuring clarification of election issues and absence of anomalies and unfairness;
c. to define the qualifications of candidates and voters;
d. to demarcate the formation, membership, and responsibilities of the MUST Student COMELEC;
