𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗠𝗦 𝗢𝗙 𝗥𝗘𝗙𝗘𝗥𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗘:
1. Prepare training portfolio for the different program and projects of USTP in collaboration with different Colleges of the University
2. Oversee and monitor GAD activities of the University and submit Gender Analysis Study in collaboration with the Social Science Unit
3. Link with the local organizations project implementation and funding
4. Prepares funding proposals to support the livelihood and economic activity of trained beneficiaries
5. Prepares campaign materials for GAD for the USTP GAD Resource Center
6. Evaluates the quality of training courses and implements improvements

Beside me is my theatermate in college. One of closest co-actors. He was the president of our theater club (Circulo De Entablado). Never did we expect that in the future he will manage the Theater! He is now the coordinator of the theater arts of USTP.
While me, I work as an instructor in a state college (NMSCST). I founded the college's very first theater club (El Teatro Azul) which is inspired from Circulo De Entablado, the theater club where I came from. I was also the coordinator of the theater arts in our school.
It is amazing to think that we are now competing with each other bringing the name of our schools! 🤣
Now, we're at PASUC for the National Dramatic Arts Training Workshop for Directors, Coaches, and Traininers.
