Held at the Balubal Satellite Office, 4th Floor LRC Building, USTP CDO Campus, the official signing of the Deed of Donation and Acceptance marked a special moment.

This acquisition paves the way for the relocation of USTP Balubal to a larger and more conducive environment.

Terms of Reference:
1. Assist in the planning and ex*****on of carpentry-related projects within the school.
2. Perform routine inspections of wooden structures, fixtures, and furniture to identify maintenance and repair needs
3. Repair and maintain doors, windows, desk, chairs, cabinets and other wooden items as needed.
4. Construct new wooden structures and fixtures according to specifications provided by the school administration.
5. Ensure that all carpentry materials, tools, and equipment and report any shortages or issued to the immediate supervisor.
6. Collaborate with other maintenance staff and immediate supervisor as required for specialized tasks.
7. Maintain a clean and organized carpentry workshop area.
